Theresa Heis, Executive Director

Theresa is experienced in managing high paced business environments and is well versed in developing policies/procedures, regulatory compliance, quality performance, and has a strong technical command of budgetary management, financial reports, strategic business and financial planning.  Theresa has a serious commitment to excellence in public relations and service.  In addition she has a competent knowledge base of federal and state regulations governing skilled nursing homes. 

Experience includes being a licensed nursing home administrator for 24 years.  Theresa has earned an excellent reputation at her previous comapnies for providing quality services and care, building and working with teams, human resource management, and much more. 
 

Educationally Theresa has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Portland State University, additional coursework in psychology and business law, and her Certification as a Dietary Manager.  She also obtained and continues to maintain her Assisted Living Facility Administrators certification.
